Q. What is a fluoroscopy?
A.  A fluoroscopy a radiology procedure which provides real-time imagery and is often used in theatre.

Q. I have a TAC claim/work cover claim, why have I received an invoice?
A. You may not have met your TAC Medical excess.
A. Your claim number might be closed or relates to a different accident/injury.
A. Capital may not have been advised that you have an approved claim, please let us know if this is the case.

Q. Why am I receiving this inpatient account?
A. Some health insurers do not allow direct billing arrangements, please speak with our Accounts department for further information, and alternatively speak with your health insurer.

Q. Why am I receiving invoice reminders?
A. Outpatient services are payable at the time of service, to avoid receiving reminders please ensure you pay your invoice in full on the day.
A. Inpatient invoices are payable in 30 days. To avoid receiving reminders please ensure your accounts are paid in a timely manner.
